Rules and Regulations: 

1. Registration closes on Thursday, September 26th @ 10:00 P.M.

2. Contestants must purchase the ticket for the event and attend the event in person.

3. All Contestants must have completed the registration form online before the deadline. 

4. No cooking is allowed at the venue.

5. Each contestant is required to bring a minimum of 3 cups of ONLY 1 VARIETY of Payasam, of his/her choice.

6. The Payasam must be brought to the venue BY 12:00 P.M (Noon) latest on the day of the event. Anything brought after that will be inadmissible.

7. Each contestant will be allotted a table space of 20”x10” for their presentation. 

8. Each registered contestant will be sent a form in a prescribed format one week before the event to fill in the ingredients used for the preparation of their dish. This form should be completed and send back latest by Sept 27th noon time (12pm). This  ingredients list is a must to qualify for the judgment of the dish. 

9. ⁠The contestants should have the name of the Payasam displayed along with their dish at the venue. The ingredients list submitted earlier will be printed by the coordinators and displayed in the allocated space for the corresponding contestant.

Judging Criteria:

1. The judging panel comprises of 3 judges plus 1 additional judge if there is a tie among contestants.

2. The winners will be chosen based on taste (50%), innovative/unique ingredients (30%) and presentation (20%) of the dish. The decisions taken by the judges will be final.

Prize Distribution:

The prizes will be announced for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places on the same day of the event at the venue. 

The 1st prize winner will be awarded $250 , the 2nd prize winner $100 and the third prize winner $50  along with🏆
