Payasam Contest Rules 

• Registration closes on Friday, August 13th 10pm
• Contestants must attend the event in person
• All Contestants must have completed the registration form online
• Each contestant is required to bring 2 cups of ONLY 1 variety of Payasam of his/her choice.
• The Payasam must be brought to the venue before 12:00 noon on the day of the event
• There will be a judging panel comprising of 3 judges and the winners will be chosen based on Taste and presentation of the dish
• There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd places announced.  The 1st prize winner will be awarded $150, 2nd prize winner-$100 and 3rd prize winner will take home $75
